Founding Cohort 1
An academic coaching and personal development program for students aged 12 to 18, run face to face in cohorts of five.
Competitors sell homework help. Mind Labs sells the student who never needs help with homework again.
We work on four things at once: the academic gaps, the habits, the identity, and where they are actually heading. Fixing one without the others is why the last thing you tried stopped working.
Two sessions a week, four hours each. Sixteen sessions in total, and the order matters — none of this works if you skip to the end.
A structured assessment of every key subject gap at their year level, then the organisation system built live — notebook, planner, weekly layout.
Judge yourself on the process you control, not the outcome you don't. Each student applies it to their own specific passion.

Career and life vision mapping. Every student leaves the week with a personal roadmap.

An honest conversation about ambition, odds, and what actually makes people happy.
Every student's eight weeks presented back to them in front of the group. What they did, what changed, in their own words.
A free call before anything is decided. We assess where your child actually is and tell you what would change and when. If it is not right for them, we will say so.
