For Parents
You have probably tried something before that went quiet after a fortnight and left you guessing whether it was working. That is the part we fix first.
You are not a bystander in this and you are not the homework police either. There is a defined job for you and it is a small one.
What was covered, what stuck, what needs reinforcing at home, and one specific thing for you to do this week. Written by the coach who was in the room, not generated.
You and your child in the same conversation, structured by the coach, twice across the eight weeks. Each family leaves with one specific action.
All five families together with the coach. Troubleshoot what is happening at home, get the words to use, ask anything.
A messaging line to the coach for questions between sessions.

This is the most common reason parents stall, and it is a fair worry. You get a written script pack before the program starts: the opening sentence, what to say to each form of resistance, and the phrases that make it worse.
We also let the student choose their own start date where we can. A teenager who picked the date argues about it far less than one who was told.
Your part is about fifteen minutes a day and most of that is listening. A three-minute check-in, a ten-minute review on Sunday, and one sentence in the evening.
There is a written protocol for exactly what to do and, more usefully, what not to do. Managing your child's schoolwork is not on the list.
Because tutoring works on the homework and this works on the student. If the reason your child is behind is that they do not start, do not organise, and do not believe they are capable, then finishing tonight's worksheet with an adult sitting beside them changes nothing by Thursday.
We should also be straight with you: we cannot show you results yet. Founding Cohort 1 has not run. That is exactly why it is free — we are building the evidence in public, and you would be part of producing it rather than reading someone else's.
Every session is recorded and a written summary goes out after each one. If your child misses, the coach schedules a short catch-up call within 48 hours to bring them up to speed personally.
Beyond three missed sessions in the eight weeks, we move them to the next cohort at no extra cost. Continuing while badly behind helps nobody.
Tell us on the first call. Some of what looks like laziness is not, and eight weeks of habit coaching is the wrong tool for a learning difference that has never been assessed.
If we think what you are describing sits outside what we do, we will say so and point you toward the right kind of professional. We are not qualified to assess or diagnose and we will not pretend otherwise.
You get a planner with the Victorian term dates, testing windows and assessment blocks already marked, and the eight weeks laid over the top so you can see how it lands.
Session days and times for Cohort 1 are TBC and will be confirmed before you are asked to commit to anything.
Founding Cohort 1 is free. Not discounted — free, because we are documenting every outcome to build the evidence base and that only works if we can be honest about what we find.
It rises with each cohort after that, up to $2,997. The full ladder is published rather than hinted at.
The three pathways
Your child has six measurable conditions across the eight weeks. Meet them and the fee comes back. Separately, and at any point, you can ask for a refund for any reason and have it the same business day — no questions and no counter-offer.
A free call, before anything is decided. We assess where your child actually is and tell you what would change and when. If it is not right for them, we will say so on the call.
