The Program
Two sessions a week for eight weeks, four hours each, face to face. Five students in the room and one coach who knows all five.
The same structure every session, so a student always knows what is coming. Predictable shape, different content.
Every student says what they did and what they did not do since the last session. Out loud, in front of the others. Ownership without shame — the point is an honest starting position, not a telling-off.
Aimed at the specific gaps the diagnostic found, not at whatever homework happens to be due. We teach until it is understood rather than until the worksheet is finished.
One technique a week. Practised in the session, then used between sessions. Most students have been told to study and never shown how.
Confidence, belonging, and what they think they are capable of. This is the part that makes the academic work hold, and the part no tutoring centre touches.
One habit installed per week, plus focus drills and managing distraction. Small, specific, and tracked.
Students plan their own week, set their own tasks, and commit to them in front of the group. Nobody plans it for them — that is the whole idea.
The order matters. Habits do not hold before the gaps are found, and neither holds without the identity work underneath.
A structured assessment of every key subject gap at their year level, then the organisation system built live — notebook, planner, weekly layout.
Judge yourself on the process you control, not the outcome you don't. Each student applies it to their own specific passion.

An honest conversation about ambition, odds, and what actually makes people happy.
Every student's eight weeks presented back to them in front of the group. What they did, what changed, in their own words.

A free call before anything is decided. We assess where your child actually is and tell you what would change and when. If it is not right for them, we will say so.
